Where it lives
Settings → Business Builder. Practice Mode is available from the sidebar; client import lives under Clients.
Start here
- Work through the numbered sections in Business Builder that apply to your plan.
- Turn on Practice Mode if you want to explore with safe sample data first.
- Open Clients and use Import or New Client for your first real customer.
- Book the work, run the visit, and return to Today for the next field action.
What happens next
Your saved setup feeds the rest of HandyDesk, and the client becomes the starting point for estimates, jobs, visits, invoices, and communication.
Good to knowYou do not need every setting finished before using HandyDesk. Get the core setup right, run a real job, and fill in extras when they become useful.
