Websites & public pages

Use the website builder for the public site and keep customer-facing links separate from private workspace information.

Where it lives

Sidebar → Website for the builder. Settings → Website & Domain for domain and website setup.

Build and publish

  1. Describe what the business should emphasize, then use Build my website when you want Leo to create the first version.
  2. Review the preview and use the manual tools only when you need to adjust details yourself.
  3. Use Publish website when you are ready for the current version to be public.
  4. Use Unpublish if the site needs to come back offline.

Public pages

Lead forms, estimates, invoices, appointments, and client-facing links can open without giving the customer workspace access. Keep internal notes and operator-only details private.

What happens next

Publishing makes the reviewed website version available at its HandyDesk address or connected domain. Customer public links continue to work without workspace login.

Good to knowA HandyDesk-hosted website can be available on Free; custom-domain connection is included with Operator. Nothing should be treated as published until the publish action succeeds.
